Swimming-2

This time I used my swimming goggles to prevent the redding of eyes I had last time. I began with stretches and warm up. Similar activities were there this time too but we also used the flaps and the swimming board to master the various swimming skills.

Sir focused on our leg beats and arm rotation today by making us swim alone and stop us and tell us where we are wrong. Since it is only two of us it makes it easier for him to concentrate on every minute mistake we make. Using flaps is very tiring but you swim really fast with it. Swim boards were used to help our leg beats get better and more efficiently. We did two types of leg beats: sideways and forward.

Sir also told us about various swimmers and his favorite Michael Phelps, the only Olympic swimming winner to get 8 gold medals. He told us his story and how Micheal succeeded.

This class was like the previous one but this time we weren't tired and hungry.
