Since the plants were not growing very healthily, we decided to bring them all out and leave them in the sunlight for some time. We re-potted a few plants in a different soil to check whether it grows well. Peace lily, the plant alloted to me, has 8 new leaves so far and is growing well but the only negative point was that the leaves were curling a bit which was later found to be due to high temperatures.

Being the initiator of the project and nature lover I also had the responsibility of taking care of all the plants and making sure that they grow well. I realized the team I had was not dedicated and interested and this led to a reform of the team. A lot of people had to be kicked of the eco club because they did not show interest and take the responsibility sincerely and many plants were dead due to improper care. After the reform of the club everyone has been working dedicatedly and plants showed proper growth again.
