And the day was finally here!

Day 1 had a lot of travel and fun. We started at 7 from Coimbatore and reached Hyderabad by 12. Checked into our hotel rooms and changed quickly. Then we went to the HICC (Hyderabad International Convection Center) which was mind blowing. It was huge and there were so MANY delegates who claimed to have attended 15-20 MUNS each and chaired 5 to 7 MUNS. We started freaking out.

People were really smart here, during lunch everybody started lobbying, started talking about the strategies and forming blocs. Belgium being a neutral country could be on either bloc, what belgium cared about was the Environment. This made my role clear.

We had ROP briefing session, followed by the first committee session. Mods began and I spoke twice. We prepared the speeches on spot and somehow managed to make our presence felt in the committee.
