Soccer Fest Day 1:

6 of us were given the food stall work again and this time it was in a very short period of notice. So we took the help of our school kitchen, they brought us some food while another senior got the rest of the items. Though we had opened our stall for like the last three hours, we made enough sales. At 9 am we started preparing the Oreo treat which was a very weird idea by one of the team members but it was sold out in the end.

I then went to do MC along with another friend. We started off with the opening speech followed by a small kick off on field and then the match began. MC was fun because we didn't any audience, it was only our school students and I wasn't hesitant in front of them.

Immediately after this, I made a run to the kitchen and looked after the preparations. Our menu for today was: Lays, Cold drinks, Coke float, Oreo treat, Lemonade and popcorn. Post making Oreo treat, I divided everyone into two. One taking care of Lemonades, other two setting up the stall and the other two set up the software. I kept taking turns and went around everywhere as I was the overall in charge of food stall. My main work involved smooth functioning of the cafe and handling cash.

We started the stall at 1:30pm and ran out of food by 4 pm. We made sales of Rs.12K in 3 hours and made profit of around 4K. Packing up and clearing the stall was quick because all of just wanted to finish and go rest.
