Soccer Fest Day 2:

Our morning went similar to the last day. We prepared the treats, lemonades and Oreo Milkshake too. Two more people joined us today and our stall had a lot of sales today.

At one moment we had no work at all and in another moment there were gazillion orders and mess in the stall. We had people breaking through the stall and jumping for food. At this moment, we decided to add to more counters, one manual and one automatic to make the working smooth and quick.

Since we were only 8 people where I was moving from counter to counter and 4 were in the billing work, I had to pull in more people to help and fortunately we had volunteers who agreed on bringing food from kitchen and taking things from the stall back to the kitchen.

This time we opened the stall for only one hours totally, half an hour during the lunch break and another 30 minutes during snacks break. Though it was for one hour we ran out of food to sell and made around 12K.
