Soccer Fest Day 3:

Today was the big day among all the 3 days because we had the stall for the whole day and I had to leave in half day because I had classes to attend in the evening.

Quickly I divided the work again. We had to prepare Oreo milkshakes, Oreo treats, lemonade and we also had to set up the stall and softwares. Today I wanted to increase the sales so I sent two students around the school to put our menu in eye catching spots. Since we had PYP SLC too today, we expected more sales.

By 9:30 am our stall was set to open and by 8:30am we had a huge crowd swarming around our stall. The crowd was getting out of our control and we had to increase the number of counters. We also needed more people in the stall, which means the stall had to be organized and that was exactly what I had to do. So I kept one fridge in charge who would pass the drinks to the members who are alloted for each billing person. There were 3 billing people initially each having another person who would collect the order and place it on the table. We made it a rule that only the billing person would interact with the customer to avoid confusion and loss.

My work mostly involved maintaining stocks of drinks and lays, finding ways to increases sales and make sure the customers get what they wanted in the most efficient manner. We also had a team of people in charge of popcorn packing and one for making biscuit charge. Often we would have to send two people to prepare Oreo milkshake, lemonades, or to get more drinks and lays.

By 2 pm we made 25K post which I left for my class.
